Ordering and Payment:

Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Additional costs for post-confirmation changes are the customer’s responsibility.

Designs and Artwork:

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of provided designs.

Customers must have the right to use provided designs or artwork.

Production and Delivery:

Production times are estimates; delays may occur.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Quality and Returns:

Contact Shivam Graphics within same day for quality issues.

Returns accepted for defective/damaged products with photographic evidence.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations subject to approval; incurred costs are customer’s responsibility.

Shivam Graphics reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability:

Company liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.

Governing Law:

Shivam Graphics may modify these terms at any time; changes effective upon posting.
